1. You find the location
GreenSite purchases the property and manages the full development process - design, permitting, construction, and buildout - to meet all regulatory requirements for a licensed cannabis dispensary.
2. We acquire & develop it
We lease the completed, operational dispensary back to you. Payment doesn’t begin until your dispensary is open and generating revenue. Once you are operational, rent of $14K and a 6.5% of Gross Revenue royalty is paid. We give you the option to purchase the property at an agreed price. Once you acquire the property, there is no rent and royalty payments.
3. You open. Then you pay.
